Mothers Like Us
A compassionate, peer-led support space for women navigating the journey of pregnancy or infant loss. Serving our community in Surrey, BC, and online.
The Heart of the Circle
Pregnancy loss can be an incredibly isolating journey. Many women carry their grief quietly, feeling they lack a safe space to speak their truth or connect with others who truly understand.
The Healing After Loss Circle was created to break that silence. We offer a gentle, supportive environment where you can share, listen, and feel less alone. Whether you are navigating miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss, there is a place for you here.
ਸਾਡੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੈ। (Our support is available in English and Punjabi. We honor your culture, your language, and your journey.)

A Safe Space for Your Heart
This is a peer-support group, facilitated by those with lived experience and professional certification. It is a supplement to, not a replacement for, clinical counseling.
Participants can expect:
- Confidentiality: A respectful and private group environment.
- Connection: Meet others who truly understand the weight of your experience.
- No Pressure: You are welcome to share at your own comfort level, or simply find comfort in listening.
- Guided Reflection: Compassionate conversations led by certified facilitators.
Prefer a One-on-One Connection?
We understand that joining a group can feel like a big step. If you aren’t ready for a circle but would like to speak privately with a facilitator, we offer 1-on-1 peer support sessions. These sessions are held in a safe, confidential environment (English or Punjabi) to support you at your own pace.
