Healing After Loss Circle

The Healing After Loss Circle is a compassionate, peer-led online support space for women who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss.

Pregnancy loss can be an incredibly isolating experience. Many women carry their grief quietly and may not have a safe place to speak about their loss or connect with others who understand. The Healing Circle was created to offer a supportive environment where women can share, listen, and feel less alone in their journey.

This circle provides a gentle space for connection, reflection, and community for those navigating miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss.

The Healing Circle is a peer-support group, not clinical counselling or therapy.

What to Expect

Participants can expect:

• A confidential and respectful group space
• Connection with others who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss
• Guided conversations and shared reflection
• A compassionate, non-judgmental environment
• The opportunity to share at your own comfort level

There is no pressure to speak. Many participants find comfort simply in listening and being in a space where their loss is understood.
